3.Analytics – Why do something if we can’t track it. We have in place a robust tracking mechanism to help drive conversions and scale up.
Since Mashreq Neo is a digital bank, Digital media and primarily Digital Marketing initiatives play a key role across customer acquisition, growth marketing & engagement.
The thought process across the organisation is that of ‘Digital First’. We put the customer and digital first and from there flows all the plans, ideas and final execution.
We consider an agency as our own team, just that they sit within their office premises and work alongside us.

Having managed teams across roles and companies the most important things I have learnt is that there is no defined formula in digital and you have to keep inventing and learn by trial. The forum has been a learning experience. I have had the privilege of growing with the forum in India & now in UAE. With discussions increasing and more information being shared about digital in the region, it helps a marketing professional like me broaden my perspective and know what my peers across sectors are doing.
It has to be Fevicol. Even when I was not a consumer of the product, I use to love watching the Fevicol ads. The ads were so relishing that I use to wait for the ad breaks, a rare thing these days. Even today I can watch those ads in loop
I am relatively new to the Forum however whatever limited time I have spent in the forum I can say that it is a great value add platform for all marketing professionals It is a platform where we can learn from each other without any walls in between. I like the concept of Spotlight and am glad that this one features me I thank Paurush Sonkar for creating the forum
